Please read this notice carefully before using the website. It describes what personal data we process, for what purposes and for how long, and what rights you have.

2. What data do we process, and why?

2.1 Contacting us (form, e-mail, telephone)

If you contact us via the contact form on the website, by e-mail or by telephone, we process the following data:

• name,
• e-mail address,
• telephone number (optional),
• the subject and content of your message.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry and to stay in contact with you.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary.

Retention period: until your consent is withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by sending a message to [email protected]; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

2.2 Technical log data

When you open the website, the Cloudflare network and our own server automatically record technical data about the visit (IP address, time, page opened, browser type). We do not use this data to identify visitors.

Purpose: to operate the website securely and without errors and to block attacks.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: we keep our own server logs for a maximum of 30 days; Cloudflare processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

3. Cookies

The website does not use tracking or marketing cookies: there is no analytics, advertising or social media tracking code. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server, so no third party (e.g. Google) receives data about you during your visit.

For security reasons (for example, to filter out automated, malicious traffic), Cloudflare may set a short-lived, strictly necessary cookie (e.g. __cf_bm, for up to 30 minutes). It is required for the secure operation of the website and therefore does not require consent.

4. Who can access the data? (processors)

Personal data can only be accessed by authorised staff of Green Inno Solutions Kft. The website is served from a server that we operate ourselves. We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except to the following processors, who act on our behalf and on our instructions:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, United States) – the website is accessed through this network (encrypted connection, caching, protection against attacks); technical visit data and the content of the contact form pass through it. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Safeguard for transfers outside the European Union: Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or, failing that, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Mediacenter Hungary Kft. (mediacenter.hu) – e-mail service: messages from the contact form and e-mails sent to [email protected] reach us through this service.

5. Data security

We take all reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure that the data we process are protected against unauthorised access, alteration and destruction. The website is accessible via an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

However, the security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be fully guaranteed. Therefore, we only assume formal obligations by e-mail if this has been separately agreed in advance.

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you may at any time request:

• information about the data we process about you (access),
• rectification of your data,
• erasure of your data,
• restriction of processing,
• transfer of your data in a machine-readable format (data portability),

and you may also object to the processing and withdraw your consent. You may send your request by post (4551 Nyíregyháza, Szállási út 18/A) or by e-mail ([email protected]); we will reply within one month at the latest.

7. Remedies

If you feel that we have breached the rules on data processing, please notify us first so that we can remedy the problem. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
